Having the ability to get some fresh air, appreciated and engage with nature, or participate in outdoor activities, offers mental and physical benefits like lowering stress and anxiety, enhancing overall mood, cognitive function, cardiovascular health, balance, and muscle strength.

Residents can enjoy walking, gardening, exercise sessions, and herb picking, among other activities. Weather permitting, they can also dine outdoors with loved ones, participate in outdoor arts and crafts, and enjoy live entertainment.

Our garden is designed to accommodate all of our residents, even those with mobility challenges. Wheelchair accessible paths and seating are provided. The garden is secure with fencing and gates, and we’ve also taken steps like maintaining paths and adding lighting to prevent accidents.
